For conferences
Branded guest photography for your conference
Thousands of attendees, one branded camera. A QR on the badge gets everyone shooting from their own phone — no app, no accounts. Every photo carries your logo, feeds the live wall, and lands in a rights-cleared library you own by the closing keynote.

“The keynote is recorded. The hallway track isn't — unless every badge is a camera.”
Challenges
Give the room a mission.
Optional — and the single biggest lever on how much content an event produces. An activation can ship with photo missions you write, each with a prize at the end, so guests shoot on purpose instead of by accident. Participation climbs and you get the shots you actually wanted. Winners are picked by you or crowned by the crowd's hearts.
Badge buddy
Find someone from a different company and shoot the two of you together.
Crowd hearts
Caught between sessions
Photograph a speaker in the hallway — never during their talk.
Judged by you
Booth crawl
Three sponsor stands, three photos. Finish the run before the closing keynote.

Examples for this event type — you write your own in the dashboard, or start from a saved template.
More than photos — a marketing asset.
A content library you own
Every photo develops into one shared album you download in high resolution, yours to post, edit, and run as campaigns.
Authentic beats polished
Fan-shot photos from inside the moment outperform staged content on social, and you get hundreds of them per event.
Frictionless means more content
Guests join from a QR code with no app to download, so participation stays high and the photos pour in.
Your event, your rules
Private by default, with host moderation and a reveal you control. Turn the unlock into its own social moment.
Reach you didn't buy
Guests post their own UGC because they look good in it, and your logo is already in the frame. Every share reaches an audience that trusts the person posting — distribution you never bid for.
How it works
How an event becomes an album.
Pictolead works in four steps — build a branded activation, invite guests by QR, let the room shoot, and leave with the content, the contacts and the report.

Step 01
Create your event
Name it, pick a film style, set how many shots each guest gets, and choose when the photos reveal.

Step 02
Invite your people
Share a link or QR code. Guests join in a tap with an App Clip — no account, no download.

Step 03
Capture together
Everyone shoots through the day. Photos stay sealed until your reveal, then develop into one collective album.

Step 04
Relive it together
When the reveal hits, the whole album unlocks at once. Everyone browses every angle, downloads their favorites, and keeps the memories.
Why Pictolead
All the pull of a game,
all the proof of a campaign.
Pictolead gives every activation the pull of a game — photo challenges, heart voting and a live wall — and hands you the branded, rights-cleared content it produces.
Make it yours
Choose a film style, set the shot limit per guest, and decide exactly when the album reveals. Your event, your rules.
No download required
An App Clip and QR code let guests join your camera in a single tap — no account, no install. Easy enough for everyone at the party, grandpa included.
Sealed until the reveal
Nothing is visible until you reveal it — not even to the guest who took it — so the whole album lands at once, on your cue, in front of the room.
One shared album
Every guest, every angle, every moment — developed together into a single film you can keep, download, and relive.
FAQ
Conference photo questions
How do conference attendees join without downloading an app?
- Attendees scan a QR code on their badge, the signage or the stage screen, and the camera opens in their phone's browser. There is no app to install and no account to create, so a 3,000-person room can be shooting within a minute of the QR going up.
Can we put our conference branding on every photo?
- Yes. Every photo taken at the event carries your logo and wordmark, applied automatically as it is captured. Sponsors can be added alongside your own mark, so a sponsored track or stage carries the right branding on every frame that leaves the venue.
Does it work for several thousand attendees at once?
- Yes. Plans are sized by guest count, from 200 up to 10,000 guests, and events beyond 10,000 are quoted individually. Because every attendee shoots on their own phone, there is no queue at a booth and no hardware to scale.
How do we capture leads and consent at a conference?
- Attendees provide an email address to receive their photos, and consent is captured at the same moment. You get an exportable lead list showing who opted in, alongside a campaign report covering how many people took part and what rights you hold over the content.
Who owns the photos after the conference ends?
- You do. The event closes with a shared, full-resolution album and a rights-cleared content library you can download and use in marketing. Coverage is documented in the campaign report, so you know exactly which images you are cleared to publish.
Will attendees share the photos outside the event?
- Most of them do, and that is where the extra reach comes from. Attendees download their own shots and post them to LinkedIn and Instagram because they look good in them — your conference branding is already inside the frame, so every post carries it to a room of peers you never had to buy access to.
